We provided RFQ and RFP management support for the successful consortium. Commercial advice and support for the contract financial and commercial close. The project is 19 Kilometers Light Rail Transit System, withy 10 km running underground and 9 at grade, serving the public riders with 25 stops; it will improve up to 60% the travel time for commuters. Interfacing with 54 bus routs, three TTC subway stations and Go lines.

BSC Services team members provided Project Management consultancy services, supporting the preparation of the RFQ and RFP for the successful consortium and participated as lead negotiator for the financial and commercial close of the contract with MTO and Infrastructures Ontario.
During the execution of the project from the commencement of the works in early 2019 to Substantial Completion in fall 2024, BSC Services provided Project Management Services, including Project Controls and Commercial Management.
The project has provided to the North-West end of the GTA a long lasting commute improvement.

During the execution of the project from the commencement of the works in fall 2019 to the winter in 2024, BSC Services provided Project Management Services, including Project Controls and Commercial Management.

We provided Estimating Management Services for proposal submission and support during the negociation stage to reach Commercial and Financial Close. The project is an 11 kilometre, $1.4 billion highway infrastructure project located in the municipalities of Windsor, LaSalle, and Tecumseh, in Ontario, Canada. This once-in-a-generation undertakinghas improved traffic flow at Canada’s premier trade gateway, and is unprecedented in its community enhancement and environmental features for any highway, anywhere in Ontario.
Confederation Line LRT, Ottawa, ON

BSC Services' President, provided executive advice during the whole design and build life cycle of the project, from qualification stage to proposal submission moving to contract negotiation and commercial and financial close and then delivery of the scope.  The Confederation Line Stage 1 includes a 12.5-kilometre light rail line along the existing Bus Route System (BRT) corridor from Blair Road in the east to Tunney's Pasture in the west, a 2.5 kilometre tunnel through the downtown core, 13 stations including three underground stations and a state of the art Operations, Maintenance and Storage Facility.

We have provided Project and Construction Management consultancy services during the qualification process, proposal preparation and submission, moving forward to contract negotiation to commercial and financial close. The Eglinton East Tunnel, a 3 Kilometers bored Tunnel, is part of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT Porject.
